Shopbook+ is where the intelligence stops waiting to be asked: the agent works your list, resurfaces declined work, and prints a monthly receipt of what it booked and collected, with four times the AI allowance and no ceiling on follow-ups.
›What does card processing cost?
Whatever your processor charges, and not a cent more. We don't mark up your rate or take a cut of your transactions — the platforms that do are earning a second revenue line from every repair order you write. Card processing is the only true usage-based cost in Shopbook, and it isn't ours.
›How does the free trial work?
Fourteen days, the whole product, no credit card to start. Set up your shop, run real jobs, take real payments. On day 15 you choose a plan and billing begins, or you export your data and leave, no questions. We'd rather earn the subscription than trap it.
›Is there really nothing extra to pay?
The subscription covers the whole product, with generous included allowances for AI actions and storage. If your shop runs heavier, add-on packs are flat, transparent, and opt-in. Allowances hard-cap instead of metering you into a surprise bill. Card processing is the only true usage-based cost.
›What counts as an AI action?
One question to the assistant or one estimate draft. Allowances reset monthly. Most shops never touch their cap, and if you do, Intelligence pauses politely until you add a boost or the month rolls over. It never silently bills you.
›What happens when I add techs or advisors?
Nothing. Users are unlimited on every plan. Per-seat pricing punishes shops for documenting well, which is the opposite of what your software should do.
›How does annual billing work?
Pay for the year and take 10% off: Shopbook at $269/mo billed annually, Shopbook+ at $449/mo billed annually. Monthly stays month-to-month with no contract either way.
›Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, and your data leaves with you: full export of customers, vehicles, records, and financial history. No hostages.
