Integrations
Shopbook is the system of record; these connections keep it in step with the money, the books, and the calendar around it. Each one states exactly what syncs.
Card payments, deposits, and payouts.
Every invoice and booking deposit can be paid online. Card details go straight to Stripe's PCI-certified infrastructure and never touch Shopbook's servers. Payouts land in your shop's own bank account, with instant payouts available.
Your invoices and payments, in your books.
Shopbook invoices and their payments sync to QuickBooks Online, so your accountant works from the books they already know and nothing gets keyed twice.
The shop's schedule, everywhere you already look.
Connect a Google account and appointments publish to its calendar as they're booked, moved, or canceled. The Shopbook calendar stays the source of truth; Google carries the copy in your pocket.
Parts lookup and ordering from the service order.
Search live parts availability and pricing for the exact vehicle on the lift, then pull the cart back into the estimate as real line items. Rolling out as our PartsTech partnership completes.
One less password for your team.
Staff sign in with the Google or Apple account they already have, alongside passkey and SMS second factors for shops that turn on MFA.
Switching is an import, not a project.
The importer reads the export files of the platforms shops usually switch from, plus any plain CSV, and recognizes the columns automatically. It never overwrites existing data and is safe to run again. Migration is included with every plan, not a line item.
Running something we don't connect to yet? Tell us what it is. Integration requests from working shops set our roadmap.
