What connects, and exactly what crosses.
Four providers today. Each one lists what Shopbook sends, what it reads, and what it never touches.
Card payments on invoices and booking deposits, refunds, and payouts to the shop's own Stripe account.
The shop's appointments on a calendar of its choosing, one way from Shopbook to Google, and a one-time import of the shop's Google contacts as customers.
A parts search opened from a repair order on PartsTech, with the quote brought back as part lines.
Paid invoices and their payments exported to the shop's QuickBooks company, to the cent.
Available where Shopbook's PartsTech partner access is set up; the search opens on PartsTech for the vehicle on the repair order.
The quote a person sends back from PartsTech: each part's brand, name, part number, quantity and price.
Nothing else crosses. No order is placed by Shopbook; a returned quote only adds lines, which a person prices and sends as usual.
If it stops part-way. If PartsTech does not answer, the parts search does not open and the shop adds parts by hand.
What never crosses
Each provider's limit, and what the shop does when one stops answering.
Shopbook never charges a card on its own; every charge starts from a person or the customer's own link.
If it stops answeringIf Stripe is unreachable, the shop records cash, check or card-terminal payments as usual.
A change in Google never rewrites the schedule; Shopbook's appointment stays the source. Contacts are read only when a person imports them, and nothing is written back to Google Contacts.
If it stops answeringIf Google stops accepting the connection, appointments keep booking in Shopbook and wait to sync; the page says so and asks an owner to sign in again.
No order is placed by Shopbook; a returned quote only adds lines, which a person prices and sends as usual.
If it stops answeringIf PartsTech does not answer, the parts search does not open and the shop adds parts by hand.
Drafts and estimates never export, and an edit in QuickBooks never changes a Shopbook invoice.
If it stops answeringA run that stops part-way records what crossed; the next run sends only what is missing, never a second copy.

Tell us which one, and what should cross in each direction. A provider appears here only when it is real in the product, with the same table.
