What counts as an AI action?
AI actions are weighted by the work: a draft is 1, each photo or frame read is 3, a step of a multi-step task is 10, and each started minute of a recording the AI transcribes is 2. A call the provider fails isn't counted.
What happens at the cap?
You are told at 80%. At the cap, the AI stops starting new work until the month turns or you add the Intelligence Boost; nothing already drafted is lost, and nothing is billed that you did not choose.
Is there a per-team-member fee?
No. Every plan is unlimited users.
Is there a bay limit?
No.
What does migration include?
Your customers, vehicles, history and open orders from your current system, imported by us, checked by you, before you switch. Included in every plan.
What is the guarantee?
30 days. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. If your shop is not running its day on Shopbook within 30 days of your first paid subscription starting, ask us and we refund those 30 days' subscription fees; for an annual subscription, one month at the annual monthly rate. Your data goes with you either way. The Terms of Service, section 3, say exactly how.
