Where it counts · Estimates

The estimate, written in seconds, closer to what the job takes.

Relay drafts the estimate from the inspection's findings — grouped into jobs a customer can decide on whole — and puts it in front of the service advisor. Edit, send, done. Nothing goes out unread.

How it works

From the findings to a signed estimate without retyping a thing.

  1. 01

    The inspection finds it

Guided capture on the phone, corner by corner, with the measurement against your threshold and a photo on every finding.

  2. 02

    Relay groups it into jobs

One job may answer several findings; a diagnostic is proposed when the cause is not confirmed. Every proposal cites its evidence.

  3. 03

    The customer decides whole jobs

One link per repair order, always the current estimate. Approve or decline each job; the signed version never changes.

The estimate composer with Relay's proposed jobs — from the fixture shop.

What you get

Fewer retyped lines, fewer missed findings, a price the customer can read.

Jobs, not line soup
The customer sees Front brakes — pads and rotors with the finding, the labor and the parts under it, and one decision to make.
Declined work is kept
A declined job stays on the vehicle with its estimate; the follow-up is a draft a person sends.
Your times, later
Today the draft uses the labor line you set. As your shop runs, Relay learns how long your technicians take — see It learns your shop.
Nothing invented
A finding that was not measured is Not checked; a part without a source is Not verified. Relay cites; it does not fill gaps.
